You must provide accurate information when using Ognem.
By using the Platform, you represent that:

– The information you provide is accurate and current;
– You will comply with applicable laws;
– You will not use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Where a particular service has a minimum age requirement, you must satisfy that requirement before using the service.
You may use Ognem only for lawful purposes.

Ognem may allow hotels, hostels, guesthouses, apartments, and other accommodation providers (“Accommodation Providers”) to list their properties on the Platform.
Ognem is generally a technology and marketplace platform and does not itself own or operate the accommodation properties listed on the Platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
Accommodation Providers are independently responsible for:
– The accuracy of their listings;
– Room availability;
– Prices;
– Accommodation quality;
– Check-in and check-out;
– Cancellation policies;
– Property rules;
– Guest safety;
– Licenses and permits;
– Taxes and legally required charges;
– Services provided at the Property.
A booking may create a separate contractual relationship between you and the relevant Accommodation Provider.
The terms applicable to your booking may include the property’s cancellation policy, payment conditions, check-in requirements, and other Property-specific rules.
You should carefully review these terms before completing a booking.
Ognem may offer accommodation providers a zero-commission listing model.
Where applicable, Ognem charges the Accommodation Provider a fixed platform/listing fee rather than a percentage commission on bookings.
This does not necessarily mean that all services available through Ognem are free for users or businesses.
Any applicable fees will be displayed or communicated before the relevant transaction.
Depending on the service, payments may be made:
– Directly to the service provider;
– Through Ognem;
– Through an external payment processor; or
– Through another payment method made available on the Platform.
Payment methods and applicable fees will be displayed where applicable.
If payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, that provider’s terms and privacy policies may also apply.
Ognem does not store complete payment-card information unless expressly stated in our Privacy Policy and permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation and refund rules may differ depending on the service and provider.
For accommodation bookings, the applicable cancellation policy will generally be the policy displayed at the time of booking.
For tours, the applicable cancellation and refund policy may be established by the relevant tour operator.
For job-related services, cancellation and refund rules may depend on the particular service offered.
Unless required by applicable law, Ognem is not responsible for refunds that are the responsibility of an independent provider.
Where Ognem processes a payment directly, any refund will be handled according to the applicable transaction and refund policy.
Ognem may display or facilitate bookings for tours, excursions, activities, transportation, experiences, and other travel-related services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the relevant tour operator or service provider is responsible for delivering the service.
Users should review:
– Tour descriptions;
– Prices;
– Meeting locations;
– Duration;
– Included and excluded services;
– Age restrictions;
– Cancellation policies;
– Safety requirements;
– Physical requirements; and
– Other applicable conditions.
Ognem does not guarantee that every tour or activity will meet a user’s expectations.
Tour operators remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, licenses, safety requirements, and regulations.
Ognem may provide a platform for employers and job seekers to connect.
Ognem is not the employer or recruiting employer unless expressly stated.
Employers are responsible for:
– The accuracy of job advertisements;
– Employment conditions;
– Salary information;
– Hiring decisions;
– Interviews;
– Employment contracts;
– Legal compliance;
– Work permits and immigration requirements;
– Workplace conditions.
Job seekers are responsible for providing truthful information and verifying employment opportunities before accepting employment.
Ognem does not guarantee that:
– A job listing is suitable for a particular applicant;
– An applicant will receive an interview;
– An applicant will be hired;
– A job will remain available;
– Salary or employment conditions will remain unchanged.
Ognem may remove job listings that violate applicable law or our policies.
Certain Platform features may require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify Ognem if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.
Ognem may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may be able to submit:

We may moderate, remove, or restrict reviews where reasonably necessary, including where reviews appear fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, unlawful, or otherwise violate Platform policies.
Users must not submit reviews in exchange for undisclosed compensation or other improper benefits.
The Platform and its original content, including:
– Ognem branding;
– Logos;
– Website design;
– Software;
– Graphics;
– Text;
– Layout;
– Databases;
– Features;
– Images created or licensed by Ognem;
are owned by or licensed to Ognem and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Platform for its intended personal or business purpose.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Ognem’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Ognem may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, maps, social networks, or other services.
Ognem does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
We attempt to keep Ognem available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be:
– Available;
– Uninterrupted;
– Secure;
– Error-free;
– Free from viruses;
– Compatible with every device; or
– Free from inaccurate or incomplete information.
Ognem may perform maintenance, updates, modifications, or temporary suspensions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ognem provides the Platform on an “as available” basis.
Ognem does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, accuracy, or availability of independent providers, including Accommodation Providers, tour operators, employers, or other businesses.
Ognem does not guarantee that:
– Accommodation will meet your expectations;
– A tour will operate exactly as described;
– An employer will hire you;
– A job is suitable for you;
– A provider will fulfill every obligation;
– Information supplied by third parties is completely accurate.
Users should independently verify important information before making decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ognem shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
This may include losses relating to:
– Accommodation;
– Travel;
– Tours;
– Employment;
– Lost profits;
– Lost opportunities;
– Property damage;
– Personal disputes;
– Third-party services;
– Cancellations;
– Delays;
– Provider conduct.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ognem and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
– Your violation of these Terms;
– Your unlawful use of the Platform;
– Your submitted content;
– Your violation of another person’s rights;
– Your dealings with third-party providers;
– Your fraudulent or negligent conduct.
